I used to be a banker… now I'm a baker! It's my family's favourite line - to start a new career - I just dropped the "n".
I have been baking for as long as I can remember. I was the one who always brought dessert to every function.
After years of baking, I decided to try decorating cakes. I started reading everything I could, and then began watching the cake decorating shows and competitions on the Food Network. I had found my passion-I finally knew what I wanted to be when I grew up!
I began taking courses at the Bonnie Gordon School of Cake Decorating and Design with the goal of learning the techniques to produce amazing cakes. With this new found knowledge, I make cakes that are almost too nice to eat - almost.
